I am in contact with Scott. It seems Scott did not know SI's definition of spam & that is why he got the boot the second time around. It seems that Scott applied a generally accepted definition of spam which does not include posting the same information on three separate threads even though that information is relevant on each of these threads.

IMO, there is clearly a communication problem that allowed the second suspension to occur. Like I said, it seems it is easy to take harsh unilateral action against well meaning individuals than it is to take appropriate action against those who are intentionally disruptive but highly vocal in defending their atrocious actions.
