The company is writing off effectively its entire IT infrastructure (which is central to its product offering as I understand it). Companies must - and are only permitted to - write off an asset in one go rather than via depreciation when it is effectively of no value going forward (the matching principle). Why is that? Or is this a momo play? WUWT
