Pravin, Re: "wanna-b knows exactly what he is doing. Intel has directed him to come over to the AMD thread and respond to every single message that he possibly can -- without being too offensive, while spreading as much FUD as can be absorbed. If he were just an Intel fan, why wouldn't he be spending more time on the Intel thread."

Let me face your accusations by asking you this: if I were employed by Intel, why would I be using my nights and weekends (which most high tech employees would consider valuable free time) to argue with a bunch of people that I was only paid to argue with during work time hours?

In fact, I like posting on this thread, even more than the Intel thread, because it offers so many contrary opinions, and once in a while, I learn something. I'm a tech enthusiast, and also an eager investor, and I love learning all that I can. I work in the industry, and I am involved in some things you may or may not have heard about, but I keep anonymous so as to not compromise my employer, should anyone nosey decide to pump me of some classified information.

Of all the industry, I like microprocessors the best, and some day when the economy lifts, I may think about transferring my job to one of the industry's microprocessor divisions (and there are more than just x86). Because of my personal enjoyment in this field, I stick around the Intel and AMD threads, mostly because that's where all the controversy is.

You might think I spend more time on the AMD thread, but in reality, I spend time on both threads, though I tend to respond less on the Intel thread. Say what you want about me, it won't matter. My job won't be compromised by accusations about working for Intel; although, if you're caught suggesting that Intel plants spies, I can't vouch that someone won't accuse you of trying to manipulate the stock price.
