WEST ORANGE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 8, 2001--Rascals
International, Inc. (OTC: RASC) announced today that Rascals Comedy
clubs have opened 2 locations, one in Phoenix and the other in
Springfield Mass.

are in talks with numerous hotel franchises to build a Rascals comedy
