Net proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital requirements, normal, ongoing capital spending, and the possible funding of future acquisitions. I'm not sure why we're doing this at this time. I assume the reason given is self-explanatory, but it seems to me to be insufficient detail.
