Thalman is also getting ready to do toxic funding on NSCT which came from people from Intercell, NPCT. Not only do they get the discount on the shares but they also get a 6-8% commission on the deal so there's another 6-8% discount on the share price.

Loved that article yesterday. It's very true that these suspect corporate loan sharks are trying to hide in new company names so no one can see the trail of dead companies behind them. What a wonderful way to launder money also.
