Joe, you asked:

<<I just don't understand what your motive is?>>
<<What I don't understand is what you get out of the negativity.>>

I wasn't trying to be negative so much as honest from an outsider's viewpoint. I am up to my chin in a stock that recently went through some financing headaches and they drove the stock lower than any bull on the thread imagined possible. It has since doubled with the prospects of doubling again in the near term. My motive is to warn people not to extend themseleves too far on margin because "s&^% can happen".

The predominant "bear" on this thread is like the village idiot that no-one respects, and for good reason. I thought the thread could use another "bear" that actually gives rational reasons for not being bullish at this point.

I read this thread because once AMTX has secured the financing neccesary to remain a "going concern" for another year or so, and demonstrate they can win major contracts and get some royalties working, I will buy into her. I expect to be able to buy her more cheaply when the dillution panic strikes.

Regards,

Steve
