Jay Dreifus: I think you are a bit too much of a contrarian, in that regard. I, for one, will not wait to see if we get down to the 1400-1500 range. I will begin buying well before then, using 1/3-1/4 of my sideline cash at each buying interval. I think it is too difficult to catch the precise bottom and would be happy buying in anywhere near it.
