There is a significant segment of the American population that takes pride in its individual and collective lack of intelligence. GWB is clearly their boy.

Examples of such disdain for things cerebral include country music lyrics, books such as "Everything I Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten" and Web sites such as newsmax.com.

But you are correct. If GWB did say "Evildoers of evil," then we all would know instantly who he is talking about.
