No. I think what "props it up" is the Palestinian behavior and call for the destruction of Israel.

Now, I do think Israel should not be building settlements in acknowledged Palestinian territory. The Palestinians should leave the Israelis alone by controlling their militant groups. The Israelis should leave the Palestinians alone and likewise stop any antagonism. Then see what happens.
