Piecing that AMD webcast together some more: I heard them say that they'll partner with someone, like a Fujitsu, for 300 mm. Did they also say they'd partner with someone for 100, or 90 nm? If so, that dependency, (which is needed to keep Hammer moving in speed) becomes more complex. FWIW, IMO, and all that, AMD's dependencies, risks and assumptions alone keep their stock at a very high risk. 0.13, SOI, 0.10 are all in areas AMD is not known to be expert at. Even if they pull it all off, on schedule (right) they'll be about where they are today vis a vis Intel. And, they don't have all the other stuff Intel does (customers, infrastructure, on and on). Nothing new here though, AMD was and still is in an impossible spot.
