<<No, this is not true... a blind squirrel could have seen the bubble,>>

Agreed. Complete Bull. Most people were in complete denial about the Bubble. Most people still ARE!!! We are busily re-inflating a new Mania on the back of this Bear Market rally. What is worse is that now most people SHOULD know that it was a Bubble and is on its way again.

But such is greed that only a few can even see this to be true.

<<I'm not... I'm an investor... I am NOT playing short term.>>

This is almost worse than being in Bubble Denial. Trotting out the mantra: I'm a buy and hold investor. This one comes about, because the Peter Lynches of this world have droned on and on about it. Everyone now believes that it is statistically proven that market timers are all idiots and only buy and hold will win.

You have to wonder why anyone would would ever buy a fire extinguisher. Everyone on Earth has seen a fire but only one in a hundred households even own an extinguisher.

Give up. Bubbles never happen just like fires never happen. You will never convince the faithful!
