If I HAD to go somewhere in high yield with it, I suppose I'd be real selective about which junk I put it in. It really depends on whether you think BubbleBoy's reliquification is gonna gain any traction here. If it does, than junk is at the bottom, spreads will come in and they'll do great. If you don't think BubbleBoy's tinkering will work, then higher grade corporates would be more appealing, 'cause the default risk is more manageable. International govt bonds seem like a deal here, due to the fact that they (Europe) have further to go in lowering rates AND the potential for currency gains.

There ARE some bargains in junk, but I don't think we're quite at the bottom on those yet.
