On Tuesday 6 November 2001 there were three very interesting DUSA news items: 1) DUSA announced its third quarter results (a loss, but counterbalanced by a large and growing current large cash position and also by very favorable forward looking comments [see siliconinvestor.com]; 2) DUSA presented its current situation and expected favorable future at the CIBC World Markets Healthcare Conference in New York; and 3) DUSA provided additional detail and answered questions in a followup conference call. Items 2) and 3) both are available at dusapharma.com. Judging by the lack of DUSA comments at SI since January 2001, no one is paying attention to it. Nevertheless, given what I have read and heard today, I suspect that at some point some broker is going to wake up and issue a strong buy on this stock. On the other hand, since the stock has declined since 6 November (continuing an awful trend that began many months ago), maybe there's something in the company's report that I'm missing?
