EL,
PCs give them buying leverage and something to bundle the printers with. However, I don't care what he squeezes as long as it's not a reduced share exchange. HWP already has a sweet heart deal. I think he is really emotionally upset about the "HWP way." Tradition dies hard. If they really wanted to keep tradition, they shouldn't have hired CS.
