not bulish or bearish ! NDX shd make a new low down to 930.28 before heading to 2100. ( just thniking out loud). I hear there is a big restructurign of NDX 100 coming up. That will screwup everyting. This market will not be finished till all the bulls and bears and all the smart people in the world are humblized.
