They sure did. It makes me wonder if Cisco really does have a good supply chain management program to begin with. Do you know whose they use, or if it is homegrown?

Never had a chance; the installation was faulty. Clearly ITWO is responsible for that.

True, but it has offered impressive improvements over the low tech methods it's replaced, and continues to improve rapidly. It isn't that long ago that engineers used slide rules and look up tables, and management relied on spread sheets drawn by hand and added manually. Or maybe it was that long ago <lol>.

We went via different logic paths, but somehow we came to the same conclusion. I hope that means we're right.
