Thanks for the option conversion info. Was afraid I might get cashed out, which would wipe out the time premium.

Why would the calls be worthless? Dynegy is getting ENE assets for about half book value, and analysts seem to feel Dynegy is getting a deal. I was thinking calls would become MORE valuable, at least the far out ones I own.

Jan 02 90 calls? It's tempting... :o)
