This location makes sense if you had a chance to check some of those other links. Assuming these mines on government land, or any other abandoned Washington state mines isn't that difficult if you file the correct documents and basically assure the tree huggers you're not out to strip mine.

$650 Million in copper without really accessing the precious metals potential sounds good to me for something under 2 cents a share right now.
