Rick ... Remember it well, in fact have it in my folder, along with FGBC and IRAE stuff. I'm not going to fret over the "deals" until all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed on the final merger/buy out details. If we get what was promised in the April 16 release then what's to complain about? If things get all "out of shape" and we get nothing but the shaft, there is plenty of time and enough NAIR stockholders around to make a good class action suit, which I am sure you would initiate with great gusto (for which you are seemingly preparing). As far as it looks to me, this is still an ongoing matter which needs time to conclude. I'm just staying cool for the time being and sleeping nights. Jim
