The options all convert, but don't count on a deal.

I find it hard to believe any company will be able to get comfortable with all the potential litigation, the existing litigation in CA, and the likely criminal charges that may follow.

Any company with profits in hedges (like APA) is making a run on ENE as we speak.

I think the Dynegy deal was designed to buy them a weeks time period, but my guess is Ch-11 early next week.
