dotcomscoop.com More Excite@Home bankruptcy fun. CEO Patti Hart was in court yesterday to finally answer questions about how she drove the company into bankruptcy on the orders of AT&T. The bondholders and creditors were supposed to grill Hart, a lawyer representing shareholders was also present. That was until Excite@Home's lawyer, who basically represents the shareholders as well, asked that the shareholders' lawyer be removed from the courtroom. What are they afraid of? That Hart will admit she ate the cafeteria chili on consecutive days in August?
