You have valid points but as far as I'm concerned they are all already priced into the stock, as well as some future bad news.

Looking back in six months I suspect folks will regret not buying while the blood was in the streets. I have done this with numerous other large companies and with the notable exception of MDR it has usually worked out well except when I was too impatient to wait.
