Neil, The EU does not get the most QM-DI presses... The US has greater than half of the World orders at 380 as of last week. As such they get more than half of the output. Remember that this is a Postscript driven press... Postscript is a United States invention... Adobe! We printers in the United States have the most experience with Postscript... and will have the least problems with startup of the QM-DI. So we get the most... What you're seeing is the really slow deployment of this technology... After a year working on the cleanup device... it still only works on 75% of the required plate cleanup... at least 25% of the plates will still require handwipe to clean up the ablated silicon particles left after the IR laser pops them out of the plate....
