Rick: What caught my eye are the two writedowns for the quarter of -$158,000 and -$403,000. Adjusted for taxes, taking these writedowns out of P&L would add about $.05 per share to quarterly earnings. Agree that sales were somewhat disappointing. But they probably would have been better if not for the 9/11 disaster causing a likely sales reduction in in the last half of Sept. Next quarter will be a critical one.
