FWIW

Awhile back there was a discussion about having your shares delivered. About 1 week earlier I made another purchase and asked to have my shares delivered.

Today I received them in the mail. I made the purchase thru a major house.

1) Authorized shares are 50,000,000
2) Transfer agent is Holliday Stock Transfer Inc. as was on the home page
3) President looks like Hasw??? Rayal?
4) Dated June 13, 1997
5) Company name IMMM

Hope this clears some of the air.
