Where is our energy plan? Why is Daschle not bringing this to the Senate floor? Doesn't he understand that the more we can develop our own sources of energy the better off we are as a nation? I think he does. But he doesn't care about this country. He just wants the Democrats to stay in power. He wants federal spending to save the economy. That is more bs. We need tax cuts. The consumer needs help in keeping this economy out of recession. He knows this. But again, he doesn't care about this country. The Republicans have a plan to keep this country great. The democrats have a plan to stay in power by thwarting the Republicans plans. And why won't Daschle allow for a vote on Missile Defense? America is defenseless. Is that what Democrats want, a defenseless country to be attacked so they can blame the Republicans? This is an outrage. We must have some defense against rogue nations launching missiles at us.
