hey chickenman,

i saw you posted a pic of the beer can chicken (on leggie's thread) and it reminded me that i meant to tell you this before when that recipe was posted here, how we did them. just one thing they left out...if you snap the wings and pop the joints out then put the chicken on the beer can and line them up the smoker you can tell when they are done because when open the smoker and look in you see them all holding their arms up. works everytime. we call it "stick 'em up chicken"
