I don't know where she jogs Neo, I do not know the circumstances of their lives. Turth is the daughter of time. Well, something sort of like the truth is. Whatever happened, will probably come out. If this is from Drudge it is probably have truths. What I have seen come from Drudge is dreck. Not that the little blind squirrel doesn't find a nut sometimes, but I sure wouldn't want to rely on the squirrel for "the truth."
