Rick,
I'm confused over your post concerning MEDI moving Vitaxin into clinical trials and your further concern about the dosing issue causing T cell depletion.

I admit some of this scientific stuff is way over my "ten-gallon hat" laden head, but are you saying that this dosing issue will undermine the MEDI-507 trials for psoriasis? The reason I ask is that I just got off the phone with BTRN and MEDI hasn't started any new trials with MEDI-507 , however, it appears that they(MEDI) will file an IND for possibly two indicates by the end of the year...at least on being for RA.

Clarify for me! Is the issue and knowing that certainly the dosing regimen for RA or colorectal cancer will probably be higher than for psoriasis, the ending data for such indications will cause the FDA to have concerns over T-cell depletions for those using MEDI-507 for psoriasis.

If my understanding is correct(probably not)then we have a two-edged sword. I think it safe to assume that MEDI and BTRN went for the psoriasis indication to prove the efficacy of the drug and to get a quicker approval. However by doing so, this "might" jeopardize the drug because of now moving the drug into indications for bigger applications, but raising an issue for psoriasis

Help me! But be gentle...had a rough week and I have to fly to Washington DC next week. (:>)
