Hi Doug. But, how bout their liabilities?

Does anyone REALLY know what they are at this point? Hard to value assets without knowing the other side of the coin. No doubt, Dynergy as well as Chevron/Texaco have taken a close look at the books before stepping up to the plate.

Understand part of the problem is some significant liablilities are "off balance sheet". Makes it reasonable to wonder what other charming little goodies that rogue ex CFO may know about that the rest of them don't. And when might that _____ hit the fan?!

Finally, if the bid is 10 bucks, does that amount of upside justify the downside risk to you IF the deal were to fall through? Been known to happen, you know.

ENE be a good money maker for you. Honestly hope it is. But not it's not what I'm looking for lately with my money.
