Chuck, I doubt that the move from 3 to 7 had anything to do with fundamentals. A lot of the strength was likely short covering. You might recall that MTSN was heavily shorted in the teens when there was growing evidence that the merger was a disaster. The fundamentals for the industry are still in the toilet and I doubt there will be any meaningful recovery until next year. Phil
