Because he's a complete moron. That's one less idiot who won't be creating havoc in America. With that level of intellect, he'll probably get killed crossing the street in Pakistan. Don't you remember how hard it is to cross a city street in India without getting killed? Why do they have stop lights when nobody obeys them? I imagine parts of Pakistan are the same.
