Re: Someone should have told the board members that they have a constitutional right to take the 5th Amendment and not say anything that would tend to incriminate them all.

And that they likely face any number of civil lawsuits as well. For their sakes, I hope they thought to have a generous Director's Malpractice Liability coverage in place. Looks like they're going to need it.
