OK PVN and NXCD are ib the same leaky boat with a for sale sign - "fixer upper".

The deal.com says the following and I provide the link at the bottom. So PVN has 300MM shares and a $3 share price so the markety cap $600MM and are trading close to the sale price excepted of $1B. BUT NXCD has 55 MM shares and a 70 cents share price so a market cap of $40MM and a price tag of $300MM on the sale. Hey I am not expected a $5 Plus buyout for a 70 cent stock but am trying to understand the difference
