Dear Mr. Mad Monk: You have come highly recommended to me by a person in the know regarding Year 2,000 stocks. ALYD is my only holding in this area and of course I am very pleased so far. My question to you is this: Are you familiar with the upcoming IPO Peritus? I have perused their S-1 but do not feel that I am knowledgeable enough in this field to adequately judge its merits. If you are aware of it may I have your opinion? Also any others which you may know of which havent already been priced out? Thank you. JDN
