Telemarker & Que Seria, I agree with you about the perils of overvalued equities.

Some of the valuations out there are fully as goofy as they were in the midst of the bubble. I can see more pain ahead for the average investor who right now may be thinking the worst is behind.

The question is when? The rise in the indexes that is nearly perfectly mirrored in the shapes of stock charts shows signs of petering out, but nothing too conclusive yet. And, there is the risk of gains on the ground in Afghanistan being hyped into a market frenzy.

Troubling times indeed.
