You're right, there is a bit of contradiction, however, the keyword is "I". I see little down-side risk. If the market agreed with me then BORL would be near 20. I put the "risky" disclaimer in my note just to temper my view of BORL.

We should move BORL discussions to BORL thread (sorry for starting this folks). However, in the area of development tools, I think that BORL has flanked MSFT. THey are adding support for multiple environemnts (AS 400 etc), and they are supporting all standards (i.e. ActiveX, JavaBeans, CORBA, etc.). C++B and Delphi 3.0 appear to be moving quite well. JBuilder is on schedule for Q2 release.

Do you have any thoughts on the recent movement of CGRM?
