Well, at least Bush takes him seriously enough to warn everyone to be on the lookout. He has to! BTW, a number suitcase nukes were reported missing when the Soviet Union went kaput. Some folks believe they were covertly bought by Iran and/or Iraq and El Qaeda. The story was quite credible as the ex-Soviets were strapped for cash, and many of them probably gave in to bribery. Maybe the CIA itself was responsible for creating that story to create mistrust and revulsion against those "buyers".
