We need to be "Registered"! Every person in this Country needs to carry a registration card. And when any person moves to another City, this person needs to register with the City-Hall where he is moving. It is too hard to track these criminal elements down without registration. The "Innocents" will have nothing to hide and will not object to this idea. The "Guilty" will object under the silly disguise of restricting "his freedom". Something needs to be done - and FAST!
