I, for one, believe Al Qaeda has WMD's and have felt so all along. It seems unlikely that Al Qaeda and Taliban would have delivered the 9.11 blow and would be as belligerent and arrogant as they have been unless and until they had something even bigger to follow it up. They're stupid, but they're not idiots. And it seems they don't mind taking huge casualties, because martyrdom with 72 virgins is better than living on Earth anyway.

Bad case scenarios include dirty bombs in major U.S. cities, as well as cities in Afghanistan they've been driven from. We might know soon whether yesterday's Taliban "strategic" withdrawal from Mazar e Sharif where they were always hated is followed up by a WMD attack to wipe out the whole place and block supply routes to Kabul.
