They're talking about testing terrorist suspects for anthrax antibodies.

Not cattle farmers. Clearly there are certain hotspots, and those in agricultural professions (or wool-sorters) could be exposed. Not likely in the histories of any of the currently detained individuals.

I think it's a good idea. A bioweapons defector who came to England was not believed until they tested his blood and found antibodies to every bioweapon he said he'd worked on.

Meanwhile--I can't make head or tails of most of the FBI profile. It seems so vague. The one thing I find interesting is the dashes in the date--that is rather unusual--more like a computer person? Instead of slashes. And the "09" is unusual. And the upper case/lower case caps.

The rest of it seems uselessly vague.
