Hi Raymond Duray; I really don't think it's the "ruling elite", this trade crap is more complex than that. I would think, for instance, that unionized American mill workers are in favor of cutting Canadian imports, and that their unions would be under a lot of pressure to help management in their little trade war. -- Carl
