Tony, It looks like AMD may be lining up extra production capacity just in case. Just in case they do indeed have teething problems in Dresden. Wise planning! Just in case they do not but need extra capacity for extra sales. Wise planning again. AMD does a lot of that these days. As a smaller company it does indeed lack the depth in fabs that Intel has, it also lacks the burden in fabs that Intel has. And, by the way, UMC is also 300mm too. As for lemons make lemonade, well, that will be nice next summer when the Intellabees may well be choking on sour grapes. Bill
