Class action lawsuit is a waste of time and designed to only enrich the lawyers. Take some responsibility for your own stupid actions and stop trying to blame other people for your mistakes. Senseless lawsuits and a refusal to accept responsibility for your own actions is what weakens this country. We need fewer lawyers, fewer lawsuits, and more people that realize that they themselves act with free will.
