Thanks for the update on the lay of the land out that way. It sounds as though the entrepreneurial spirit of Hong Kong adapts to deflationary forces more flexibly than I would expect of America.

I understand the intangible benefits of HK as a base of operations, yet I'm curious as to what your rents would be in Shanghai? I imagine the activity there has put a premium on class A space.

Kinda makes me want to visit and see in person. I believe the developing world, that world with which you seem at ease, represent a grand opportunity to be of service to others while reaping financial rewards for doing so.
