Not one relevant to the observation that we now know why AMD licensed IBM's design libraries and design tools for IBM's .13 copper process.

You might also want to take note that this process has been called a partnership between IBM, UMC, and Infineon in their press releases, which indicates some co-development and joint process definition. I do suppose that the lion's share of the development was done by IBM.
