a chapter 11 is like difficult surgery. you want to come out alive and well. to a certain extent it is adversarial and u want to get trated well. to a certain extent it is administrative and u want the case administered well and successfully. if the debtor is in the wrong field, has the wrong technology, continues to lose money or whatever, a good lawyer can't save the situation.
