Thanks TD, special thanks to Soldier, and as always (typically goes without saying) thankyou Rick.

Its only been with this last round of discussion that I feel like I fully grasp what Rick has been saying about 507. I have been reading virtually all of Rick's posts for more than three years and still don't quite get many of them.

Obviously the small n for the non-depleting doses serve only to drive Rick up the wall as the results are consistent with his long held hypothesis and hope for 507, yet remain inconclusive. Just as clear is the huge gap between the confidence Soldier holds in MEDI and the lack thereof on Rick's part.

Actually, I like theory "b". It makes perfect sense when one considers Rick's vocal criticisms of MEDI. (note my editorial clarification)

<b) mystique theory--MEDI may have uncovered a fundamental difference between IV and SC administration (? some diff. in impact on T-cell trafficking)--without tipping their hand , they are planning an IV program with non-T-cell depleting doses but only emphasizing the T-cell depleting doses in their release to throw off Biogen and to tease that smart*** Rick Harmon.

TD, I noted that Liebowitz's "surprises" comment from the Techvest presentation caught your attention. I think it was related to 507...does it fit in here?

Speaking of the Techvest conference. I have seen nothing posted on the SCS presentation on 10/23 which was rendered unavailable per <This presentation is not being webcast at the direction of the presenting company.> Does anyone know anything?

Regards
SMH
