Deportation doesn't seem to be a major deterrent. Terror Cell in North Ga? Police in the Habersham County town of Cornelia report the recent arrests of 3 men with suspected ties to a terror cell. Cornelia Police chief Bruce Wright says the men were caught taking pictuers of railroad tracks; one of them allegedly had information about train schedules and payloads in his car. The man and the evidence are now in the custody of the FBI. Chief Wright says federal agents tell him the men were deported in 1998 because of terrorist activities against the United States.
